Customer Service / Delivery Coordination


ORSHAR operates 2 call centers supporting customer needs, coordinating deliveries to private and commercial customers.


The coordination is being performed based on WMS which connects the actual order picking done at the warehouse, delivery date defined by the customer and followed by POD returned signed by end customer.


Based on customer instructions, ORHSAR´s personal are being identified as the customer distribution company and setup delivery schedules best fit to the end customer.
